My chocolate holiday

I missed the wintery christmas but made up for it over the easter weekend - it snowed most mornings over the last few days. Delightful to watch falling outside the living room window and onto the garden, but it meant a chilly exploration of London for our visitors (Mattias' parents and my brother) and us.

We spent the four days devouring the healthiest* chocolate and our favourite tipples in between long, long walks in central london. We sank several pints in a selection of our local pubs - the Prince Alfred, the Warrington and the Waterway. And, as a weekend for me in London is not without a foodie experience of some kind, we had dinner at Salt Yard (delish tapas), and brunch on Easter Sunday at Tom's Kitchen.

At least all the exploring meant I could walk off some of the weekend's excesses ;-)
