4 stars again for Chez Bruce

Our long lunch posse took the dining experience to new heights this evening with dinner at Chez Bruce.

I had lightly battered hake, courgette flower & mackerel for entree, sea bream with mussels for main, and a deliciously refreshing passion fruit sorbet for dessert.

Thanks to the sommelier I also enjoyed my first glass of White Burgandy - and hear I thought I'd never drink Chardonnay again!
