Visiting Lisa & Hamish in the lakes

My school friend Lisa and her little boy, Hamish are spending a month in the Lakes District so I've just been up to spend the weekend with them staying in a lovely little cottage. In between playing with tractors and dump trucks, we drove through the gorgeous countryside, saw Ullswater lake and had a couple of really good pub meals at The Gate at Yanwath and The George & Dragon outside Penrith.
