A couple of weeks ago Stu & Kris came over for lunch and had a great afternoon.
To begin we had radish with Iceland volanic salt, quail eggs with cayenne salt and grilled figs with goats cheese, honey and pine nuts.
For main course we had a slow roast pork shoulder with potato & sweet potato dauphinois and greens. For dessert we had a lemon and blueberry cheesecake. I forgot to take photos of the last two dishes!
