Noosa Christmas & NY '23

Boy was I hanging out for this break. I dragged myself to the end of the working year knowing I had 3 weeks in Noosa to look forward to. It was so relaxing and reviving. It really does make me feel better just being there. Definitely one of my all-time favourite summer holiday destinations.

From day one the usual holiday routine flowed. Walk through the National Park, grab coffee, swim, read (I finished 2 books which is shockingly the most all year), cocktail hour and board games, and eat as much Christmas ham and treats as possible. Mum and I ate out for a few lunches with Ricky's still the firm favourite. We took our annual excursions to the Eumundi markets and Perigian as well.

I spent time with Rob and Mum of course, and I was lucky to have lots of my Qld-based friends visit. I caught up with Aleta & Bruce, Alana & Jules, Belinda, Lou & AJ and family friend Sarah Gardner and her family. And Jaimee was over from London so I got to see her and the boys too.

Below follows the almost identical set of photos I take every year of views from the balcony of our Little Cove apartment or on my morning walk in the National Park. I can't help it, I love those views...
