Fresh air and sunshine in Dorset

I just had the loveliest weekend away with the gals - Jaimee, Laura, Louise - in Dorset. We had 2 gorgeous sunny spring days which were well timed for our outdoor pursuits.





On Saturday we started with a proper cooked breaky in the manor house we were staying in, walked down Chesil Beach, had a seafood lunch in the sun and a wander around the village of Abbotsbury (cream tea thrown in for good measure) before some relaxing back at 18th Century Frampton House. Dinner was at a cosy local restaurant.









And on Sunday, after another leisurely start to the day, we walked on the downs, drove through more very pretty countryside and had roast lunch at The Museum Inn before heading home.







I could do this every weekend!
