Good Friday Dinner Party

I forgot to take any photos of the finished product but on Friday night I cooked dinner for Jaimee and Damian, Laleh and Jesse and Natalie. We started with a halloumi and pomegranate salad, then, as is the Easter tradition, had a lamb roast served with a potato and sweet potato dauphinois and broccoli and for dessert we had an orange and cardamom jelly. All made from scratch!
