It's been a slow start to the year with a quiet January and February. We've been hibernating with the winter weather and trying to knuckle down and save for the holidays we've been planning. We've booked a roadtrip in California, summer in Greece and a weekend away in Puglia, Italy in June. I cannot wait - so much to look forward to. In the meantime, it's back to the boxset of The Wire. 4 seasons done, 1 to go.

The Sunday before last was chilly but sunny so Ollie and I got outdoors. We walked along the Parkland Walk behind our house and through Highgate Woods to the Red Lion & Sun pub for a hearty roast lunch
(roast pork and cauliflower cheese on the side). |
