It was 'Create Day' at work so I made a Lemon, Blueberry & Basil loaf that I occasionally treated myself with from the weekend Stroud Green farmers market in London and enjoyed so much I scoured the internet for the recipe.
Not styled as nicely but tasted pretty nice.
